The Degenerate Golf Association (DGA) was founded in February of 2020, during the dark ages of Covid. A time where something as simple as leaving the house was a cause for concern. But during these dark times, a light shined bright. That light was golf. While the world was crumbling around us, golf offered the world a safe space for us to drink, laugh, gamble, smoke, swear and do all those other degenerate things we all deep down needed to do to survive.

We seized the moment. We created a tour. A tour built on the values we all share. A tour where it doesn’t matter how far you hit the ball, or how good your short game is, but rather how much you can drink and still function with a club in your hands.
In a game that challenges you to hit the fairway, we ask, “what is a fairway?” Is it a Saturday spent with family knocking out the honey-to-do list? Or is it a Saturday with the boys piping bombs while taking dips and sinking chips? The DGA is an escape from Saturday responsibilities blended with a triple shot of adrenaline. It is a place to unleash your competitive side while building life-long relationships with other like minded degenerates.
Our tour is a tour of the people, for the people. An exemplary example of tradition. With more than 65 active members and a long wait list of prospective members, we are the largest and most established golf league south of Mt. Shasta and north of the dusty plains of Stockton.
Our regular season consists of six tournaments and a 2-day Championship Event. Members earn points during the regular season based on performance, resulting in advantages in the Championship. It’s very, very similar to that FedEx Cup thing those professional guys play for.
